Data controller

Syleronim Service S.R.L. (hereinafter «Syleronim», «we» or «us»), a company incorporated in the Dominican Republic, is responsible for processing the personal data you provide through this website.

For any questions about this policy or the processing of your personal data, you can reach us at info@syleronim.com. We process your data in accordance with Law No. 172-13 on the Protection of Personal Data of the Dominican Republic and its regulations.

Data we collect

Contact form: when you send us an inquiry through the form, we collect your name, email address, the subject you select and the content of your message. You decide what information to include in your inquiry.

Server logs: as is standard on any website, our hosting provider may log IP addresses, access dates and times, pages visited and browser type, for security, diagnostics and abuse prevention purposes.

This website does not use tracking cookies or analytics tools. The only preference stored in your browser is the selected language, kept locally on your device (localStorage) and never shared with third parties.

Purpose of processing

We process your personal data solely to respond to your inquiries, information requests and quote requests, and to follow up on the business communication you initiate yourself.

We do not use your data to build user profiles, send unsolicited marketing newsletters, or for any purpose other than those described here. Should we ever wish to use your data for an additional purpose, we will request your prior and explicit consent.

Processors and third parties

We share personal data only with the providers required to operate this website and handle your request:

Our hosting provider, which hosts the website and processes server logs; Resend, a transactional email service that will be used only once the contact form is enabled, to deliver your message to our team; Cloudflare Turnstile, an anti-spam verification service that confirms the submission comes from a person, receiving only a verification token and your technical IP address, with no access to the content of your inquiry; and Sanity CMS, the platform that manages our public project content, which receives no personal data from visitors of this site.

These providers act as data processors and are contractually bound to use the data only on our instructions. Syleronim does not sell, rent or otherwise trade personal data.

Data retention

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to handle the request you submitted and, thereafter, for any periods required by applicable legal or accounting obligations.

Once the data is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it.

ARCO rights

Under Law 172-13, you have the right to access your personal data, to rectify it if it is inaccurate, to cancel it when it is no longer needed, and to object to its processing (ARCO rights: Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition).

To exercise any of these rights, send your request to info@syleronim.com with your name, the right you wish to exercise and the information needed to locate your data. We will respond within the timeframes established by law.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Law No. 53-87, General Law on Telecommunications and Information Technologies, and the related e-commerce regulations apply to browsing on this site; within that framework, we only use local storage (localStorage) to remember your language preference on your own device.

You can clear this preference at any time through your browser settings without affecting the site's functionality.

Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy to reflect legal, operational or service-related changes. The current version will always be published on this page along with its last-updated date.
